Data resulting from this search comes directly from court records of the reporting jurisdiction. Accuracy, as has always been the case, depends upon whether the court clerks correctly enter data into their system. They are usually very conscientious. It also depends upon the information you provide us. If you provide us inaccurate or incomplete identifying data, the result becomes more questionable. COST- $150.00
The cost of the National Criminal Records Check is $150.00 when requested alone. If requested in conjunction with DMV and Trac, the cost to you for the entire package is only $195.00
As you are aware, neither we or you can never certify that a person has no criminal records anywhere in the U.S. The best that can be said is that no record has been located. In the past, we have recommended that you do criminal checks in those areas where the applicants have lived. Of course, any applicant may have a criminal record in another jurisdiction and not report that they were ever in that location.
With the NATIONAL CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK, that is no longer a problem- if you use it.
